Leading network services provider, Lan Communications today announced that it has been honoured with Nortel’s “EMEA Outstanding Achievement in Customer Contact” Award.  This prestigious accolade recognises Lan Communications and parent company eircom for their innovative technology leadership and successful deployment of Nortel multimedia customer contact solutions with enterprise and government clients.  The winners were unveiled at the recent PartnerForum in Madrid, an annual gathering of senior executives within Nortel’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) reseller and distributor partner community.

Commenting on the award, Andrew O’Kelly, managing director, Lan Communications said:  “The eircom group is committed to excellence in customer contact solutions and our combined knowledge and experience helps our clients to cut through complexity and deliver the technology required to drive true business performance.  This award recognises our leadership in this space, not only in Ireland but in Europe.”
