The award recognises Lan Communications' unified communications skills and expertise in implementing Verint's next-generation Impact 360® Workforce Optimisation suite - which includes call recording and quality monitoring, workforce management, performance management and eLearning software, as well as encryption capabilities to support PCI compliance. The company has secured major contract wins in the financial services and insurance sectors over the past twelve months.
