Full premises relocation

In partnership with IBM, we provide a full relocation service to alternative premises if yours are unusable; choose the option that suits your needs and budget. This service is currently available in Dublin and Cork:

  • A hot site is a fully configured dedicated IT environment, which includes hardware, software and communications. In this scenario, the customers data is transferred from the production to the secondary environment. The data management process is typically integrated into the operational and technical procedure that manages the primary site. When this is in place then the IT Systems can be made available to staff in a short period of time – minutes, hours, days – depending on the way the systems are set up.

  • A warm site offers work areas and suitable hardware for your staff, data is typically must be restored onto dedicated equipment at this site before activities can re-commence.

  • A cold site, the most inexpensive option, includes work areas but no dedicated hardware; upon invocation the syndicated or shared systems must be set up and the customers data restored before use.
